I'd say $1,200 is fair in that condition. The opto issue is pretty common. Drop targets are easy to replace and the card decals are still sold (doing this on mine now along with replacing the ramp). If you need a plastic, I probably have it. I think I have almost two complete sets.
It is a fun and challenging game for a cheap price. I really like mine.
