Quoted from dsuperbee:Because it is dirty and has 2 small wear spots?
Maybe you get lucky and it looks great when the dirt comes off. Judging by how many inserts have the art worn off, this thing has had a rusty or damaged ball rolling on it for a while. You may remove the dirt and find out it's a lot worse. I've made that gamble and lost. Either way its a project and your putting new decals on the inserts. Also clearly the machine was badly neglected, I would expect it to need a lots of parts.
