looking at one and getting conflicting reports on pricing...

I see a lot of people asking for around $4700. Not necessarily selling, just asking. I would put it around $4200-4500.
depends on if it's bone-stock or pimped out. There are some nice mods from Back Alley available, but they aren't cheap and I think that and the addition of LEDs would certainly influence the asking price.

I sold a POTC last July. HUO, mint condition. I listed it at $4200, had multiple responses, a known flipper offered a hundred over.
I sold it to the first guy who responded, who I think flipped it.
I'm guessing $4800-5200 may be the range for a mint game, but it may not sell as fast since it will narrow down the buyers to those who actually want to own the game..
I recently paid $5500 for mine with full LEDs and powder coated hardware. I think HUO is over $5k all day now. It is really a great game with great toys.
