I've just seen on ebay the figure of Mr. Hankey for my South Park pinball who hasn't it: ebay.com link: South Park Sega Pinball Mr Hankey

Mr Hankey breaks easily, I can imagine not too many NOS Hankey's are left. The big concern I would have is that the new one will get broken too. When I bought my SP Hankey's arm was broken, I found his arm in the bottom of the toilette tank and glued it back on. Never broke while I owned it but I am sure it did or will at some point. If you need a new one I would think you will not find too many more, good luck 
They look very similar but I think they are different. The cheaper one has its right arm bent at the elbow whereas the official one does not. That being said, they do look extremely similar.

Got one hanging on my rear view mirror in my Mustang. Won it YEARS ago in Vegas. Same exact thing as in the SP machine, just mine has a hole for a keychain. No clue it was going for that much!
