The price is fine, but on the high end. Early SS Bally pins like this are great pins to start with, easy to fix and lots of repair info.
We all pay a little to much at the beginning because we want to get pin (or a few pins). If you are in this hobby long a couple hundred dollars is not worth the worry. The bigger concern is the distance. That is a full day of driving. Try to get a photo of the MPU to see how much battery leak damage is present (almost always some). You don't want a big surprise after that long of a drive, you are pretty much committed to buying without much negotiation leverage when the seller knows you have a full day of driving invested.
