2nd attempt, first try must have surpassed image size limit...
I'm thinking about selling my Bally Star Trek. Not sure what the going rate for a ST in the condition of my machine. Normally, I just sell for the same price I purchase the game for, but this one is different. I had to put a lot of money into this, and it may not be worth what I have into it. I'll post additional photos if this message makes it through.

Just looking for some advice for a fair price for this game. Let me know what you think.
thanks
Greg

This game seems to have a wider price range than any other early SS that I have seen. If I were guessing for here in Texas, I would say around 1500?

That is one of the nicest Star Treks I have seen. The colours have not faded at all on the cabinet, PF and BG look excellent. Very nice.

You obviously are looking for that price which brings you top $$ and cuts out the pin flippers. On this pin, its a guess, as prices are all over the map.

Games like yours have sold for over $2K. Obviously, these are not pin people buying them, as a pin person would buy a game such as T2, BOP, etc 8 days a week if they had 2K to spend on a game. I own a Star Trek and will be the first to admit the game play is weak. There simply isn't much going on compared to later SS and DMD offerings.

It seems like Star Trek and KISS are 2 games that generate lots of interest from non-pin people, and that essentially drives the price.

I think a pin such as your would sell for $1200 - $2200 (to a non-pin person)

dementedwarlok / joestro78 / pinplayer01 / Hoopjohn,
Thanks for your input. Sounds like this game is just as I expected, a complicated sale. Normally I just list on local Craigslist, may have to change that routine a bit to expose to a great market.

Hate to add "wish you were closer," but it's the truth. I'd really like to see a ST in first-rate shape. I had a pretty good one, but not in this league, I think.
