Quoted from cottonm4:Pinball Owners shows 9 D-fist owners but 2 owners are also listed on Pinside. That would add 7 to the count.
Just out of curiosity how do you know only 2 of 9 are also on Pinside?

Quoted from cottonm4:Well, first off, I did not say there were only two. I said 2 of the 9 were also listed on pinside. You added the word "only".
Of the 9 on Pinball Owners only 2 owners show up in both places. So I can add only 7 to the pinside counts. I don't know about the other 7 other than Pinball Owners is the only place they show up. If any of them show up and fess up to being pinsiders then the numbers can be changed.
So based off user name and location? Not sure if I made your count.
Been doing a complete restore on my Dragonfist and have found a couple interesting surprises.
The coin door has a factory tag that says Viper.
When sanding the cabinet down the head reveals that it may have initially been intended for Catacomb (or some other green game). Base of the cabinet doesn't have the same greet base coat.
Wondering if they capped the run at 302 once they ran out of parts to scavenge..

Quoted from wolffcub:its interesting to see CPR interested in Lectronamo after i always got people joking with me as to why i resorted on when its such a non sought after game.
Sounds like these people don't know what they're talking about
Quoted from getadam:Hey Dragonfist fans. I found something interesting today. I was studying the original Dragonfist flyer (yeah, I'm a total pinball geek) and discovered something interesting. In the flyer version of the game, the spinner awarded 1,000 points per lit multiplier, not just 200 like in the production version of the game.
You'll see below a zoomed in version of the flyer playfield and right above the left flipper it says "SPINNER SCORES 1000". The production version says 200.
I think this would have made for an even more exciting game if they left it like this flyer version. I'd be inclined to have the code changed but then it wouldn't match my production playfield.[quoted image]
Quite the observation. Would have needed 8 digit displays with a spinner value like that!
Quoted from GorillaBiscuits:I installed the holo on my Quicksilver. Looks amazing to me, but at some angles it does get pretty shiny!
[quoted image]
Would you mind sending me the Quicksilver so I can see the difference for myself?
Then I'll know which ones to order
Looking for some feedback.
When I got my Dragonfist it had 2 little pins in the circled holes that the flipper bats rested on. Same pins as under some of the plastics only shorter.
Is it an old Stern thing to have pins stay in these holes or was that just a hack?
Cheers
Quoted from Tsskinne:So I’ll work on Star Gazer more this week, but oddly discovered this weird bit of info about my Dragonfist the other night and forgot to share it.
So here is my Dragonfist cabinet to the human eye. [quoted image][quoted image]
And here is my Dragonfist cabinet when my new Wyze security camera looks at the cabinet under night vision mode.[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]
So holy shit kinda made me jump when I just turned on the camera to check on the dogs late from work the other night. So weird that I can’t see it at all under normal lighting conditions. Obviously at some point it was a Catacomb cabinet, anyone able to explain the science behind why the night vision can see it?
That's wild!
The head of my Dragonfist appears to have started as a Catacomb as well. Only discovered through sanding, would have considered leaving had I discovered what you did. Base cabinet didn't have the green underneath.
