I'm getting red bleeding over white on everything after I connected everything. I'm not sure what the problem could be, I followed everything as close as possible. Could it be that this Phillips monitor is the issue? I'm wondering what exactly could have gone wrong. Thanks in advance for any advice.

As best I can tell it looks like the wires are placed correctly. Are you sure the RGB wires are making adequate contact with the terminals?

Also, I recall having to back way down on some of the gain pots(contrast, etc) after installing the amplifier. Have you adjusted those yet?

Thanks for the reply. Everything seems to be firmly in place making good contact. Adjusting the monitor settings makes the red go away to an extent, but the contrast has to be up really high, which is not a good thing. I'm a bit stumped on this one. I guess I'll just have to keep trying different things. Freaking red!!

Have you tried removing the amp? does everything go back as it was?

Looks like magnet issues. You bump the mag's on the neck? Degaus it!

Akuma, not sure how to do that on this Phillips monitor. Thanks guys.

Switched back to the old connection and it works just fine.

I didn't realize there were pots on the back of the monitor. I tried adjusting those like crazy and it got a little better, but something was just off. Too much red, too much green. The gray on the UFOs always had a red tint to them. I wonder if the Ultimarc board is bad? I have no idea but I'm pretty bummed out. I appreciate all of the help though.

Talk to the Ultimarc guy (Andy?). I think he is a helpful guy.
