There is an easy fix to this - communicate to us so we don't get caught up in all the minutia.
I would be less caught up in this hysteria if we received more details and less "copy and paste" replies to everyone's emails.
I met Kevin at expo, I enjoyed talking with him - he seems like a great guy that truly is passionate about pinball. But he needs some lessons in customer relations. Especially when his dreams of building pinball machines is coming to a fruition due to us hard working stiffs that believed in him and forked out thousands of dollars.
You are a smart guy Hilton - seriously, how hard is it for a guy to reach out to his 250 buyers with some communication regarding their investment?

I'm still in Ice... still have faith that it will get done. There are a lot of pinball community people that touch the Predator project in some way. I think that alone helps this thing still get done.
I know you will disagree - but I think Hilton has a right to champion what he believes in.
As a business owner I am chiming in now in the hopes that it will get Kevin and crew to get more transparent and communicate with everyone.
I didn't expect everything to be perfect and on schedule. This started in Kevins garage - lets not forget that. But the hard fact is that this journey should be shared as much as possible with those that have invested AND those that helped make this happen in the first place.
