Good for you. I can get by the supermarket lady not wishing me a nice day & the godawful DMV hellhole just fine, but when you're paying thousands upon thousands (or even hundreds) you shouldn't be treated like shit. Enough said. But that's just my opinion. 
(Nor am I saying they should hand you the coin door keys on a silver platter with a suit on with a smile, just have some human decency - but on second thought at that price, maybe they should!)
