    Quoted from nate1981s:

WOW, just wow. Fraud from the moment it was discussed. I didn't see this coming. Not to this extent.
So if the game is complete. Why couldn't a license be bought and the machine be sold. I am sure it would sell more than a thousand units.

It's way passed that. Apparently, cease and desist letters were ignored for one. And if you were Fox, and you understood the potential licensee had already guaranteed product to pre-orderers, guess what happens to the price of the license?

Another party reviewed their finances and at the cost of the game ($4750) they were barely breaking even, even without the license AND if they built them all themselves. And who is going to give another dime to them?

None of the artwork has been approved. It might need major revisions or completely new art altogether.

    Quoted from inhomearcades:

    Anything to update?

No refunds have been provided by Skit-B/Kevin.

Some have gotten their money via credit-card charge-back.

At least one person has sued Kevin in small claims and won a judgement. It remains to be seen whether Kevin will pay the judgement on time.

Kevin claims to be still trying to secure a license, though some (including myself) perceive this as a stalling tactic, as well as to diffuse the allegations that he sold the game based on fraudulent claims.

The FBI and local law enforcement have dropped the criminal case. The local police have said that no one in MI has come forward and therefore they can't pursue the case. Since then, some have come forward. No news on that front however.

One person has contacted the Fox attorney. Results of that are still uncertain.
