Geoff I don't mean to pry, we Canadians take it for granted because it's all paid with our National Health Care but I'm sure Mike's bill is going to tally up eventually and was wondering if there was a plan of some sort to raise funds?
Maybe one of you nice US folk can bring him this with an ipad. ($9 well spent)

Not to sound like a party pooper but wouldn't watching horror films and utterly violent movies increase is blood pressure whether he's aware of it or not? I'm not saying he should watch "The Sound of Music" but I'm sure there are awesome movies out there for him to watch that would keep is BP in check.
I should ship Mike some authentic Canadian maple syrup. That blood sugar would be out of control but guarantee he would eat everything on his plate.
