IME, flipper fade can happen on *any* pinball machine in heavy play, regardless of manufacturer. At the PAPA Pinballz Arcade tournament in Austin, TX I could definitely tell a difference in flipper power on Whitewater after 3-4 hours of constant play.

I think your post is sarcastic in tone, but I honestly think that's not necessarily a bad idea if it works well.
When Mark Steinmann did his recent Valinor strategy video on LOTR, he kept the coindoor open and had a fan blowing in the machine to prevent exactly the things we're discussing in this thread during his long game.
