Hi! I have Data East pinball machine and i have question about connection coin acceptor, bill validator and speaker rgb mod. So i know only 1 place on power supply where i can take 12v for bill validator, coin acceptor and speaker mod. But i think its too much devices, because also this 12v channel used on my LED DMD display. so 4 devices on one 12v channel i think too much. So i have idea to add after line filter additional 12v power supply for bill validator, coin acceptor and rgb speaker mod. but i have issue... if i connect coin acceptor to additional power source 12v, and connect signal cable (which send signal when token is accepted) as usual, then machine didn't see signal from coin acceptor. if i connect it to power supply on pinball machine, everything is work fine... i am not sure but i think reason why it's not working is 2 different ground for 12v. Maybe it's wrong opinion. So i need your advice how to fix it.

Thank you and sorry for my english )

Quoted from aeneas:

I think you're correct as you have different grounds.. just try using the rgp mod on the external power supply ?

what is the rgp mod?
