Whitestar games have no power saving mode. Why do you ask?
Most WPC games had a "GI POWER SAVER" but with most people using LEDs these days it's not needed and just makes the lamps flicker while in that mode.

RCT seems to drive the lamp matrix with slightly different timings than other Whitestar games. The previous row drives end up being partially on while the new one is enabled. With incandescent its not visibly noticeable but LEDs make it almost unplayable. Go into lamp ROW TEST and enable just a single row of lamps and you'll see what I mean. The selected row will be lit, but the row before it will be dim/flickering.
I saw the same thing on a RCT location game that I was trying to debug. I thought it was a bad lamp, bad diode(s), bad lamp sockets, bad driver board, etc. Turns out its just the design. Mono doesn't have the same problem.
