Yeah, your post doesn't make a lot of sense. You do not mention batteries at all which are clearly necessary to have an inverter. Your solar panel would feed the batteries. Your batteries would feed the inverter. Your inverter will feed your loads. What kind of batteries do you have? What kind of inverter? Where is the sound coming from? Basically answer the questions KenLayton posed and we can try to help you.
