I know powder coating is great. But it is alsof expensive and permanent. So i think wrapping isa cool second best option. What do you Guys think

Looks good in the photos. Did you wrap them yourself? And do you have experience wrapping or was it easy enough to do?

If you are not a complete idiot. You can do it yourself. I am half an idiot. With no wrapping experience

What wrap did you use? I tried to use cricket and it was a bit stiff and I kept getting wrinkles around the corner of the lockdown bar. I think I'm trying white next. I was attempting to match the color of the photon streams. I must be 3 quarter idiot.. lol

Are this the Stern "bumpy black" finish to start? I would assume that the wrap wouldn't be smooth due to that.

On a related note, anyone know where to buy a replacement set of legs, hinges, side bars and lock down bar for a later Stern?

    EDIT - That would be Pinball Life . . . .

Use the 3M wrap and Heat IT up with a Paint stripper gun

Where did you buy your wrap from? Do you have a preferred seller?

    #9 60 days ago

I think they both look like shit, but if you can wrap it at home for cheap and do it yourself i say go for it.
