I like the bolts the way they are.

Any blue parts to show us?

Hopefully my roadshow legs soon! That green is awesome though.

Hey I want to send you two coin doors. One of them had some goofy plates over the coin slots which I had to drill out to get off. Any suggestions on how to plug these holes before I send to you?

Does that stuff expand and contract with the surrounding metal? I dont want it popping out in a few weeks/months.

    #664 6 years ago

Hmmm.. The rest of the door is steel but I'm pretty sure this piece is aluminum.

    Quoted from bbhenry2000:

Do you really have that much of a temperature swing where you keep the pin?

No, but over time temperature changes will cause expansion and will crack the powder coating and might even cause the patch to fall out.

Thanks for the tip.... looks like a WPC style housing though. https://www.pinballlife.com/index.php?p=product&id=2944

I need one for a sys11. Ill keep searching but i usually only find these at pinfest. Im guessing Rob isnt going to be there this year, so hopefully ill find one in the flea market area.

Hopefully ill make it up to coinopwarehouse in the next few weeks and might be able to find one there.

Still waiting on the rubber washers to show up but couldnt wait to see what they looked like. I'm extremely happy I just let you pick a color!!!

A little before and after thrown in with new bolts from Chris Royalty and MAN what a difference!
