Hey Robert, is that back channel something you would be able to stock so that we could order the same color our game is done in? That way if you do another game in the same color, you could tack it onto the job and not have to prep everything just for that one piece. I'm thinking my fishtales would look cool with that piece in blue.

Everyone is getting them from mantis. I have that color still on hand so if you wanna order one and ship it to me direct I can knock it out for ya. I would consider sticking them but I got SO much stuff laying around for doing exchanges I’m afraid to add more lol

So I’ve been a bit slower on getting parts out cause my exchange program has really helped people out and I’m currently invested in 10 full sets of stern pieces which includes one of each style lockbar, and duplicates of the more popular ones to assist in keeping your guys games up and active. I also have 4 sets of Williams including wide body. Now as of the past few weeks I’ve had quite a few issues getting my materials back. I really don’t want to keep investing in materials cause it is piling up both in space and financial obligations. Going forward I’m unsure how to handle doing exchanges cause it was an honor system and most people did well. Anyone got ideas, I considered doing deposits that I refund as well as just stopping all together. So I’m asking on a broad sense what do you guys think before I move forward? Also to all my recent customers that have sent their parts back thank you so much these are parts I’ve had out for over 3 or more weeks so short of that I appreciate everyone finding time for doing a quick turn around.

Then if you don't get the parts they promised, you keep the deposit.

I think I’m gonna just keep going forward way I’ve done business and not punish people. I reached out and looks like most things been resolved so I’m being optimistic. Personally I don’t wanna handle and issue deposits ya know but let’s just hope things stay great. Thanks to everyone who gets parts back quick cause it helps me help people keep their games running since a lot of people don’t have a way to keep or store games without legs etc
