Any feedback on the "illusion" colors on pinball machines? They look beautiful. Besides smudges that can be cleaned off, any other issues? Great work man!! Hard to make a choice with all the beautiful colors.

I have illusion on quite a few of my games and I can't recommend them enough, they are very scratch resistant and are by far the most stunning

Wait till Robert posts the pics of the color he is doing for Demolition Man. Should be a great match for the art work. Getting excited!! Leg bolts maybe Chrome or gloss Black. Now I am leaning toward the Gloss Black. Go with those.

Finally found the time to go through the whole 23 pages and the pictures sent in of the different pins powder coated are really amazing. Some of the custom colors really jumped out at me, fabulous....
Just wanted to thank everybody that visits this thread for all the great posts and remarks. Things are so over run with negative posts that contribute nothing, so for that I thank you

That IJ revolver is the best thing since sliced bread! I've a polished brass one ... I'm thinking I'll leave the brass trim (side rails, lockbar and legs) and get the gun done this way... and maybe the coin door. The polished brass gun always bugged me. I usually don't like mixing trim finishes but I think the gun would be ok.

Gun would look good with the brass it makes sense. Not like he used a brass gun, aint a jamesbond villian
Going to be sending in my DemoMan handles and my Shadow gun. Here are a couple pics of the Shadow almost finished. Did it in chrome with gold wire forms, everything rebuilt.

You also got me thinking ... that walnut color may look really really great as the main color for lockdown, sides and legs.
I’ve seen Indy done in black and it looks awesome ... but there is something about that walnut (or a brown) that may look great against the yellow tones of the side art. I dunno... maybe not... but it’s got me thinking.
