Yes but to be honest its a good base for a top coat and on small items, as a stand alone its not a good replacement for real plating

Ok so my boxes finally came from amazon. So new boxes going out. Ordered larger better bubble wrap and brown packing paper. New tape and other packing supplies. Fun fact on average it takes me 45 minutes to just pack a game. Also heres a shot of one of my top sellers stone cold exclusive going out the door.

Thats funny cause I spent like 45 minutes constructing a tomb to send you my parts so they wouldn't get damaged, and when You sent them back they were in a bigger box and I thought wtf happened to my box then I opened your box to find my box inside.

I try my best but people beat the shit out of these when you ship. Ive had to resort to putting paper between items wrap, line inside the box and pack them so the items can't move. Good news is i guarentee my work and i will not abandon you with damaged items

This actually happened to me. My 1st order was beat to hell when I received it. Robert was very helpful and made everything right in the end.

Here's another coin door he just finished for me for Stars. Beautiful work as always! Thanks again!

Hey I want to send you two coin doors. One of them had some goofy plates over the coin slots which I had to drill out to get off. Any suggestions on how to plug these holes before I send to you?

    Kwik-steel!

Does that stuff expand and contract with the surrounding metal? I dont want it popping out in a few weeks/months.

Is it cast aluminium or steel?

    #664 6 years ago

Hmmm.. The rest of the door is steel but I'm pretty sure this piece is aluminum.

Do you really have that much of a temperature swing where you keep the pin?

    Quoted from bbhenry2000:

If it survives the oven itll survive for life. I run my oven at 450 F. Make sure its rated for atleast 500 to 600F

    Quoted from bbhenry2000:

No, but over time temperature changes will cause expansion and will crack the powder coating and might even cause the patch to fall out.

Robert, are you seeing any reports of wear on powder coated wireforms? I'd be curious how high speed/force areas like that BM66 VUK loop will survive over time. Is cracking or flaking of these finishes a "thing"?
