Quoted from moonwk:Do you have a chromed apron to fit a Tron Pro?
Rob is there a powder coat that looks like chrome ?

Yes but to be honest its a good base for a top coat and on small items, as a stand alone its not a good replacement for real plating

Interesting, thanks just curious
Ok so my boxes finally came from amazon. So new boxes going out. Ordered larger better bubble wrap and brown packing paper. New tape and other packing supplies. Fun fact on average it takes me 45 minutes to just pack a game. Also heres a shot of one of my top sellers stone cold exclusive going out the door.

Ooohhh is that mine? Looks amazing as usual.

Thats funny cause I spent like 45 minutes constructing a tomb to send you my parts so they wouldn't get damaged, and when You sent them back they were in a bigger box and I thought wtf happened to my box then I opened your box to find my box inside.

I try my best but people beat the shit out of these when you ship. Ive had to resort to putting paper between items wrap, line inside the box and pack them so the items can't move. Good news is i guarentee my work and i will not abandon you with damaged items

This actually happened to me. My 1st order was beat to hell when I received it. Robert was very helpful and made everything right in the end.
Here's another coin door he just finished for me for Stars. Beautiful work as always! Thanks again!
Quoted from lurch:Hey I want to send you two coin doors. One of them had some goofy plates over the coin slots which I had to drill out to get off. Any suggestions on how to plug these holes before I send to you?
Kwik-steel!

Does that stuff expand and contract with the surrounding metal? I dont want it popping out in a few weeks/months.

Is it cast aluminium or steel?

I don’t believe so, it is a metal/epoxy composite

Do you really have that much of a temperature swing where you keep the pin?
Quoted from bbhenry2000:Do you really have that much of a temperature swing where you keep the pin?
If it survives the oven itll survive for life. I run my oven at 450 F. Make sure its rated for atleast 500 to 600F
Quoted from bbhenry2000:Do you really have that much of a temperature swing where you keep the pin?
No, but over time temperature changes will cause expansion and will crack the powder coating and might even cause the patch to fall out.

Quoted from Robertstone0407:Bad ass black with red flake. Killer for any horror theme or any game such as AC/DC etc
Looks killer!
Quoted from KoolFingers:I like that, very nice. Is the leg in pic #4 the same leg as in the others pics? It looks redder.
Yes. That's the beauty. This style looks mostly black and then you walk up to it boom. Hit it with light and it changes. I can do any color this style youd like
Anyone interested in a wide body set of armor? I can do it in any finish youd like. Powder coated legs, lock bar, side rails, shooterhousing, hinges 500.00 shipped to you
All new stock items
Nothing like powdercoating a bunch of stuff and you go to put it the oven and its still room tempature. Now i gotta trouble shoot my oven. Time to invest in a bigger oven any how
Quoted from Robertstone0407:Dont panic oven is fixed. The world is in order
WHEW. Looks like it only took an hour. Did you check that it was plugged in!

Glad it was "simple"?
In case you've not seen them, pinside is full of jokes poking fun at folks oblivious to the workings of a machine and in their for sale ads often remark, "probably just a fuse"
Glad your up and running again!

This is going on a dark night, joker edition customer asked for it to remind you of the joker but not look cheessy or clownish. I think i nailed it. Yes purple can come in no green flake
Quoted from Gooch:That "joker purple" is going to look great on my BDK, Robert! Just the perfect "kiss" of green to it - awesome!
Dave
Please post a pic of BDK once installed. I’m thinking about doing mine too.

Robert, are you seeing any reports of wear on powder coated wireforms? I'd be curious how high speed/force areas like that BM66 VUK loop will survive over time. Is cracking or flaking of these finishes a "thing"?
