I would love to do the fireball return on my TOTAN but I've never seen it done, so I don't know if it would just feel like it is in the way or if it would actually look good. Also, would I go with a purple or blue to match the theme? Would that just blend in too much? Or would I go with red because it's a fireball return? Or would that stand out too much and look weird on a game with little to no red?

I guess this is why I don't have any PC done

Quoted from Pinchroma:

A Totan in any blue is going to look very very odd..

I think the problem with a lot of titles is that the actual dominant colors are not often what is remembered/desired. Look at this, there is tons of blue all over it, everywhere...yet, when I changed my bulbs over to LED's, I think I only used blue LED's directly beside the genie and behind him in the backglass. To me, it has always felt dominantly purple.

Another good example is Swords Of Fury, also a very dominant "blue" game, but it has always struck me as a red game, if that makes sense.

Maybe a lot of that has to do with the fact that I mostly look at the playfield, not the cab and BG, and the colours that I feel represent those titles are much more strongly present on the PF.

Quoted from Cheeks:

I've seen a lot of people say they feel like SoF is a red game, but the playfield is mostly blue and orange. Must just be the vibe I guess.

Yeah, it's pretty strange. I mean, I look at it, and it's blue and orange. No doubt. But I play it and I'm like "yep, red". I think it also might have to do with the BG logo being in red, it really stands out from everything else on the game.
