I was originally looking at a house with an amazing $70k kitchen remodel (the house was only 350), multiple stoves, beverage refrigerator, high end custom cabinets everywhere, and a huge granite island that was 3x the length of any island I've seen before. Problem was that also blocked the ability to pre-tilt a game to get to the basement. In hindsight with an escalera or other type of stair climber it could have worked, but it would have been a pain.
