I have a gnr, same posts no issues.
The clear is separating from the Playfield which is either shortcuts in prep or too brittle clear trying to prevent dimples.
I had the same issues with HSA clearcoat because "prevent dimples".
Maybe I'll try drilling out the clear and counter sink the post. Too bad it's such a great game

The holes in the playfield are too big for the bolt, so the bolt can move around. Other games have a much smaller hole and the bolt is snug. This contributes to the posts having to be over tightened so they don’t move around.
I think they made the hole to fit the larger t-nut underneath.
What about a metal sleeve fit in the hole to make up the slop space and stop the post from moving around?
Has anyone tried a steel conical grommet in the hole to transfer the squeezing of the larger post hole in the Playfield into a spreading pressure? If sized so that the #8 screw just fits, this should cancel any movement of the post that is causing the chippng and rippling. The top of the grommet would have to be slightly larger than the width of the hole so that when compressed it is snug.
I'm thinking that anything else Used as a solution could loosen and cause the same issue.

When I get my game it'll get white rubber and red flipper rubber, so I'll let you know how that goes .
Perfect plays are probably the best out there, but I'm not a fan of any of them really. when it comes to a nice drop catch, red rubber can't be beat.
My opinion of course, I'm sure it's just because I'm not used to it.
