So I'm looking at buying my first machine and have about 6000 to spend max. At first I was for sure looking at a Ghostbusters Premium HUO or just buying a GB Pro NIB and modding it a bit.
Then today I got to play a janky Pirates of the Caribbean machine that had weak flippers and the optical switch for the pirate ship shot wasn't registering. But it had Leds and was actually really fun regardless. I can only imagine it's really fun when working correctly? The theme is pretty cool to me, obviously artwork and "newness" factor isn't quite on GB level.
This will be my only pin and I love the challenge of GB and feel it gives me a lot of replay value. I have always loved difficult games. My girlfriend also really loves Ghostbusters so I'm leaning that way but any opinion on this would be great. I wish I had a POTC close by that worked correctly but I don't think there is one.
