Hi all. I'm a new POTC owner, and it's having an issue that I'm having trouble diagnosing. When I make the ship shot, it registers every time, but sometimes, the post comes (stays)up, and since the ball can't get past the post, it sits there until it goes down during ball search. I looked at the manual and don't see another switch other than the ship made opto. That has to be working because the shot registers. I'm not sure what purpose the up post serves, and can't figure out what is wrong. Any help is appreciated.

I'll check the sleeve. Didn't think to look there because it goes right down upon ball search initiation. Before looking at the manual, I assumed that there had to be a second switch. Thanks!
