Pirates of the Caribbean
Stern, 2006So I'm replacing the clutch on the ship for a Pirates of the Caribbean. I don't know much about clutches, but I was under the impression that the bolts were usually tightened to a specific amount of footpounds of pressure. Is there a set amount to tighten this one? My boss tried to adjust the previous clutch, and managed to break the head off one of the screws. I'm trying to avoid that. 
Heads break off these quite common, usually from over tightening them. I just made mine snug then back off a 1/4 turn and haven't had any problems with them at all 2 yrs later.
