When I shoot the ball in de chest de display freezes and the pinballmachine doesn't do anything anymore. I need the power it off and on.
After a firmware upgrade the problem was solved for a while, but is now back again.
Has anyone any idea where to look for?

It looks like corrupted firmware to me. I would try updating the firmware again and if that doen't resolve it, I would suspect the FLASH RAM has died. I believe that is U44 S29GL256N11
