    I can really appreciate your enthusiasm for this product! I was so thoroughly impressed with it last year, and thought it a must for every parent to introduce pinball in the best, most creative way!
    Being involved with them makes it an incredible experience!

    On a side note, your ball lock problem, Id open a support ticket, then a complaint thread with the manufacturer! HA!
