Quoted from too-many-pins:Once I get some other BS out of the way we will have several LIGHT PROJECT Solid State machines for sale here in Central PA. Right now I am thinking around mid May and about a half dozen machines but I really don't know for sure at this point. I probably should have just waited until I was a little closer to making this happen but I always like to let the locals know what is going on ahead of time when we are getting ready to sell off some machines.
No list yet - no prices yet - I just know I need several machines gone soon to make room to start redoing the basement.
Just out of curiosity, any Gottliebs going in the list (not asking for titles)? Just asking.
Looking for a 1984 Gottlieb Touchdown project or head. Just posting up and getting exposure within several forum threads.
Thanks.
Quoted from tomdrum:I'm looking at a 5 project pin buy. 3 early 70's Gottlieb's, James Bond 007 and 1955 Gottlieb wood rail.
Seller also has a 1937 Bally Line Up Bingo, anyone know what's that's worth?
Also has the dog of dog, Roy Clark cocktail.
Me too!

Working game implied.
Free delivery implied.
Another one where I’m like: why am I not biting?
Appears to come from a salvage/cleanout company and they may be motivated to move inventory…
Quoted from DudeRegular:Seems like a great deal. I would be all over that if it were near me. I have been wanting a Gottlieb machine.
I would be all over this if it wasn’t a (6) hour drive….one way.

Quoted from ForceFlow:So...what happened to the shooter rod?
Pretty rare game, though. I had one for a little while. The rules are pretty shallow, unfortunately, but it was a fun inexpensive game.
With the ones I've seen, there are always issues with the backglass, and spares are NLA. So, the only options are to live with it, or send it off to bgresto.
I had acquired a full cabinet, with fully wired playfield and super clean, ready to go….but the head was missing. Was going to break it down for parts, but just couldn’t do that because of how nice the condition was. So, I have decided to give it a 2nd chance and bring it back to life. I have successfully reconstructed a head, and I am inquiring with BGresto for a back glass.

Love that the shooter rod was on the playfield.
Damn it!
Missed out again.
Quoted from Friengineer:Could be a fun project. Honestly you could modify the apron by adding the displays there and go headless.
I should mention I have a spare set of displays if someone wants them!
Just inquired about this game. I may take you up in your offer, in reference to the displays.

Me: Sounds like a real project

Great game.
If the back glass is in good condition, with no flaking or peeling, it is an eye catcher! Late 70’s and sci-if at it’s best.
