I emailed the OP today and offered $100 for it and explained my reasoning. (About the bad CPU and $200 cost, or the 20-25 hours of work repinning the edge connectors, and along with it being, one of the two worst System 1s Gottlieb made). He said that he had an offer for $250 and $275 and they were coming to pick it up this week.

That is the prototype Eight Ball Deluxe. Bally made 3 games during that time that were prototypes with the blue displays, KISS, Flash Gordon, and EBD. The KISS version had speech.
I don't know how many there are of each, but I would guess single/double digits. Is that one for sale?
