This one is a good find:

Sorry the Mendocino one should be several smiley faces...

Quoted from NicoVolta:

That $400 Air Aces looks like a good buy. Got too many at the museum right now, otherwise I'd get it.
Two weeks ago y'all posted that beater Extra Inning wedgehead for $3000. A joke, surely... but even for 1/10th the price it's a TERRIBLE game. Might even be worse than Road Race.
"RFAR" = Rare For A Reason

I couldn't help myself last night, so I reached out to the seller on CL. Stated that the game "might" be priced higher than they realize it should be. Left my contact info in case they want to reasonably sell it.

I need to explain to the group. I did hear back from the gentleman about this game. He needs to sell it to pay for his wife's medical bills. His opinion of the worth of the game came from being exposed to "American Pickers."

I shouldn't have commented on the price of the pin without knowing the backstory. I did state to him that he was perhaps shooting too high.

Not sure if you are allowed to promote your own Project Pin, but here goes:

1964 Bally Mad World $550

(Go for it, ask for forgiveness later?)

Let me know if you need more details...

It's mine - Originally intended to be a retheme project. Certainly would make a good virtual pin - it's a good, solid cabinet.

Too bad the cabinet is on the other side of the country, i have a NOS playfield that would fit right in!

Pachinko machines sit on CL for months at $25-50

Or free as I have gotten 4 out here in California. Haven't kept any of them and passed them onto good homes.

A couple of cheap DMD machines.

Always nice to see this: Scam or horribly underpriced?

Oh please, for goodness sakes! Buy this for me and send it to me in California!
Finders fees for all of this!

Quoted from vdojaq:

This is a GOOD deal...I just can't
chicago.craigslist.org link

As was commented in another thread, this is a good game to get for this price. People take the DMD and WPC boards out of this for use in other machines.

(and yes I don't usually endorse cannibalism, but sometimes you have to do so...)

Grand Prix
Sparta, MI
$900
Seems a bit expensive, but might be just a blown fuse (just outside my current radius)

Every machine is "just a blown fuse" away from fully working!

This is for a good cause. This is the Pacific Pinball Museum selling some of their copies. The funds will go to keeping their Annex of games funded so that they can have all that storage.

Larry Z. is helping to sell completed games as well. When you click on this one, look at the others that wedgeheadjunkie has.

i'm not sure what this is or if it's a good deal...
seller:
Star Wars Episode 1 SWE1 Pinball Kit - $1,550 (san jose south)
Star Wars Episode 1 SWE1 Pinball Conversion Kit. The kit comes with a complete side / cabinet art, translite, shooter rod and playfield. Also comes with game roms and manual set. Playfield rubbers will need to be replaced but otherwise been in storage since built. First $1550 takes it home. Comes in FACTORY Williams box!
sfbay.craigslist.org link[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]

If you have a Revenge From Mars Pinball 2000, you could use this kit to convert it to SWE1. There was one locally advertised in the SF Bay Area, so track that down, buy this and you have two pinball machines!

At the risk of spoiling someone else's chance of getting a cheap game. (Sorry) Larry Z. of the Pacific Pinball Museum is posting a bunch of games for sale from the PPM Annex. Drop-A-Card, Pop-A-Card (Add a ball!), Funland, etc.

Just going online in the last half hour...

Hilarious. I had to check out that estate sale to see it for my own eyes.
I am glad that I have no taste in decorating!

Quoted from tait316:

Does anyone who's on this topic have a project they'd like to sell? Since I've already designed translites and plastics I feel like the next move is to do a total re-theme. I'm looking for a solid table with good shots that might not have a glass or have a really worn playfield.

And since he is great at design, he will make an excellent re-theme out of your old project!

I heartily endorse this persons work!

At least part of a project...

I listed a WPC cabinet in the Marketplace so you can complete your game with a practically new cab.

Quoted from bluespin:

I could really use this. Is anyone near this going to the York show? I don’t need the cabinet, just the populated playfield.

I would click on the link and see the playfield. I was weak and looked at it.
It doesn't seem to be that populated underneath...

Quoted from alyssa:

Looking for advice (first project purchase!).. is 1500 fair for a Xenon that isn't booting up? Altek MPU, but when they got the repaired soundboard/ driver board it didn't boot.
I've seen functional ones go for less, but the original PF is important to me and this one won't need a hardtop. It also has this metal part on the cabinet but I don't really care enough to change it... input appreciated, thanks!

I'm guessing that's a Headphone Jack? 1/4 inch Phono plug that has been used for years.
