Gonna tackle getaway during spring,I need time to read up on the design and what others have already done with a allied leisure pin. As it sits now it just lights up,as was described so I am happy.

For what it's worth this seller is a stand up guy that went out of his way to help me with a machine I bought from him. No Regrets!

Bally Kiss Pinball $1000.00
Great condition and great deal. My grandfather recently passed away and this was in his basement from my father's childhood. I know these machines can go for a lot more, but I am looking to sell it as soon as possible.

Phone calls are preferred, though text messages are okay. If I am unavailable, please leave a detailed message about your interest and your contact info.

Various project machines. Quakertown PA.

Quoted from Pecos:

There is a lot for a collector to like there. Most, if not all will be needing new backglasses. But these are the type of Project Pins that I love to buy and get my paws into

So I was in the area and reached out to seller, stopped in had great conversation and took MGOW off his hands.
These machines are in need of alot. They are BARN find condition. :mrgreen:A few are very restorable ,others are ??? Beyond my skill level! No legs and BG is trashed on most. Price is right if you're passing thru.

Curious...Are there any pinsiders near this^^^^
Bally Time Zone that could buy it and bring it to Pintastic and I'll give you $700 cash in your hand? Or Paypal F+F,.PM me and let's work the details.

#5284 2 years ago

Many thanks to Colson for helping out with pick up and transport.

Quoted from gdonovan:

Just missed a real nice Time Zone in CT down by the casinos, going to its new owner on Saturday morning.

Sometimes I miss the local deals. Maybe next time.

Quoted from cottonm4:

Huh? How is some buyer going to cancel a seller's ad? That's new to me. Explain, please.

All you do is keep flagging the ad,CL takes it down. You get frustrated and relist but this is a buying tactic.
I have had stuff flagged for no reason only to find out a buyer was waiting for his paycheck on Friday. Sold Fri night.

#5527 2 years ago

bluespin beat me by seconds but gave a much better explanation.

#5533 2 years ago
Quoted from bluespin:

When a buyer flagged your ad as prohibited did you receive a notice from Craigslist that the ad was cancelled?

No I did not, kinda fishy IMO

Quoted from ForceFlow:

Why would any of that be the seller's problem?

I agree 100%. Either you want a pin or not. If you want something bad..you just go get it and hand over the money.

#6076 1 year ago

grayman_em Do you know how many tire kickers or absolute low-ballers a seller has to deal with from internet ads. It's crazy!
So much easier to deal with a fellow pinsider.
The seller is not even thinking of repeat customer,he just wants to sell his machine at his price and be done with it. How long it sits for sale is entirely based on market and his asking price.
I have seen some machines sell for much higher than I would have paid and seen machines that were practically given away.
It's all about the hunt.

^^ You make some valid points but are dead wrong about this comment
"Pinball is the only hobby where people get pissy about it though."
And I will say with a smile for everyone with a good find--before posting your barn find could you at least clean the playfield glass before posting on craigslist or pinside please.

Quoted from Pecos:

Here are some pinballs you don't see everyday. No prices, no details about condition, no pics

Some of these were recently on ebay from California,I would think it's the same seller.

FYI, Time Zone is a real snooze-fest once you own one.

I dunno about being snooze-fest, colsond3 brought mine up to Pintastic for me and it's been a pretty good game for us.

Game/Type: Flip Flop / EM 4 Player

Production: 5,350
Manufacturer: Gottlieb
Cost: $250
Location: Providence/Boston area (?)
Link/Contact: southcoast.craigslist.org link
OP: Needs work, don't have the time. Purchased a new set of rubbers, shooter springs, fuses, bulbs, and ball. Have some new posts on the way. Replaced some rubbers already. Will also trade toward a working machine.

Lmao ,this is the machine that was $150, didn't work at all and seller was moving. This poor guy gets it and thinks this will be an easy flip. Good luck.

Quoted from bluespin:

Is this the same guy who is selling a Black Knight for $500?

Seems so, same address listed. I would love to get that BK!

#8879 1 year ago
