Man, we're looking for an Austin Powers. That's a tad too far! Going to have to put up a want ad.

Thanks @misterschu. We did see that one. It's a little too high on price. We'll put together a want ad one of these days

Lol, funny to see our last two purchases scarily morphed together!
Quoted from ForceFlow:Looks like a pretty nice playfield too, though I can't quite tell if it's been touched up or not. The center ramp looks like it may be intact, but the jump ramp is shot.
Either way, bargain of the day!
Paul says he will drive the 8 hr round trip for it, but I'm not seeing any contact info, could this be scammy? Would love to put it next to our Cyclone.

Go for it!!!
You are amazing! Thanks! Didn't see that!
Quoted from jaytrem:Sorry, at least you saved a couple thousand on the Hurricane you would have had to purchase next.
Lol Jay, I would actually prefer Comet to Hurricane, call me crazy. Comet was the first pinball I ever played. When we got really good at the local pool, they took it out and put Cyclone in. We were pissed! Then.. fell in love with Cyclone.
Paul's headed home with that Comet from a few days ago. Although we didn't pay the $150 advertised, we came to a price where we were both very comfortable.
He says it's rough but clean and well worth the drive. Interested to see what's going on with the extra button!
Thanks to Murphdom for post & jaytrem for the #! I check this thread every day and finally got one!
Quoted from jaytrem:Awesome, congrats! I assume it's a credit button, but let us know. Comet can be set to free play. Oddly enough the guy I bought mine from didn't have it set for free play. So maybe it's a Comet thing.
It was in fact set up as a credit button.
I took it out, and set it on free play. Now I got a huge hole to fill!

$250 for a rare Alvin G. Pin. Dinosaur Eggs. Less than 100 ever shipped. Dinosaur theme! Not mine
We're going to be in the area tomorrow for a wedding, don't think it will fit in my mustang though
However, it is a convertible!!
I, and possibly hundreds of other people have benefited from this thread. I check it multiple times a day to see if there is something appealing in my area for a good price. This is due to these amazing pinside members that go out of their way to help others in that quest.
Their reward isn't monetary, but the satisfaction of helping other pinsiders. This is one of the top threads for helping us that love to find beat up beauties that we can fix up and save at a good price. They are doing great work and I honestly can't believe anyone could look down on this tread.
Thank you again to all the good people always making this hobby affordable for the rest of us..

Did a bit of sleuthing and below is the address if you can't wait until Friday to plan. Wish I could go. Cool looking game room, theater and wine closet. (pics on zillow)
1079 Baron Dr, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010
This house sits in Philly's Main Line area (but technically not philly), it's close to, if not one of the richest areas in the state. If neighbors are going, it will be pricey. I've driven through the area dozens of times; million plus houses sitting right next to another one. They are all pretty unique and neat to look at from the road. I would be neat to see one from the inside. I personally like the tapestries and PA history stuff outside of the gameroom items.
