Quoted from Pecos:Welcome times two Ryan and thanks. I've played 'Travel Time', in a laundromat of all places! It takes a lot to get used to "beating the clock" instead of playing with a fixed number of balls. It is just so contrary to everything I've ever learned about how to beat a pinball machine. There are times when it is best to let the ball drain.
I didn't really like it much at the time, but this is a game that I could warm up to if I played it long enough to learn all of the tricks. It certainly is novel.
Growing up My dad had a Travel Time in our basement (which unfortunately got destroyed, but thats another story). It's what I learned to play (and love) pinball on. It's a lot of fun, and a fast game for the time. I certainly think it would be a fun project if I ever came across one....
