Wanted to come back and say thanks for posting. Wouldn't have gotten my Moulin Rouge without this thread. Needed shopping, bumpers rebuilt and a few other adjustments but was a really great find.

Quoted from Billc479:

Not sure what machine this is, but it would definitely be a project!

Briefly considered this one but only at half that price. I bet it smells incredible.

Man, anyone traveling from NE to St. Louis this weekend? I'd really like this one.

Well, I'd go for that Spanish Eyes if it was closer. Anyone going from VA to MO anytime soon?

Wish I were closer. That thing checks all the boxes for my kind of project.

I was thinking about it but those early Gottlieb electronic noises..

I think Genie can be converted to chimes. That would be a huge improvement.

Quoted from truemagoo102:

I have a complete Gottlieb Hot Shot (EM) project I'd sell for 300. Cabinet will need to be repainted but it's all there!

Wish I could get it to Wisconsin or Missouri. Been looking for a project Hot Shot.

Quoted from bluespin:

Make the trip out to Pinfest, and load a trailer up with this project and others.

Awfully tempting, although work schedules will prohibit me this year. If any Midwesterners are attending please pm me and maybe we can work something out.

Williams Space Shuttle
$320
Johnson City, TN
Looks like a barn game.
ad:
1984 Williams Pinball Machine. Machine turns on and works to an extent. Solenoids are a little stuck and needs new bumpers. I have the back glass but the decal is coming off. To build up to working again would take around $200 in parts but I don’t have the time.

Dang, I really need a roached Space Shuttle to work on but gotta find one local-ish. This would have been ideal.

Hey all, just listed a Capt Kidd project for $750. Last of the woodrails and classic artwork. Lower production at 900 units. Comes with a NOS playfield, see the listing for details;

Cool game. Wish this was closer to me.

Backglasses for this title are mirrored and haven’t been reproduced. I’ve found several people looking for this backglass.

Coos will do just about anything if he has art. His mirroring looks really great!

Anywhere near me and I'd be on this in a heartbeat.

Great era for Williams games.

Surf Champ - looks like a real project. It looks like someone started, got in over their head, and abandoned the project. Goes off Fleabay at 1700 today. Located in Harrisburg, Il.

I could potentially pick this up - but what is with the seller being gone for a month before delivery or pickup? Seems fishy.

Thanks! Picked this up today for $300. Has its challenges but the fundamentals look good.

Going the other way...what WOULD you recommend for a first EM? (for someone with no experience with EMs)
I realize this is now off-topic...so feel free not to reply

Lots of great one player Williams 60s pins.

Whatever you do don't get a Zale Bally. Send those my way.

Many thanks to Turkishdisko for posting this. I was the third caller but got lucky and was able to nab it. Woke up at 4am this morning to make the 8-hour RT to get it. Very friendly family who inherited the game when they moved in to a house back in 1985 and never got it running. Check out its neighbors in its natural habitat! Should clean up nice—looking forward to saving this beauty. Thanks to the folks who post games here; just wanted to share a happy ending with y’all.

Love that cabinet.

Williams Klondike $450 and looks to be in good shape
Full size Williams Klondike electromechanical pinball machine.
Works but needs cleaning.
Same model located in Pinball hall of fame in LasVegas!! Valued at $870 to $930
Great addition to any family fun area or party room.
Owned by former GB Packer but not sure which one

My parents live right there. Tempted to ask them to pick it up for me. I've always liked this game, though I would remove the posts behind the flippers.

Quoted from cottonm4:

OK. Coffee table material
This is a Gottlieb Central Park my friend is wanting to move on out. He got it at an auction a couple of years ago.
For anybody who gets their hair on fire about pinball coffee tables, this pin would make a good coffee table. For someone really dedicated, it could be brought back if you like digging holes for yourself to crawl out of.
I am going to put up a pinside for sale ad but have no idea where to start it at price wise. I did not see a lockdown bar but the metal back for the back box is there.
It has a decent play field and the plastics look like they will clean up OK. Consider everything else as trash. Back glass is a flaky mess. The bell is there.
Is it worth anything as a restorable pin? Or is it coffee table material? If I can't get it gone I may make a coffee table out of it.
[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]

I've saved nearly that bad. Would have to be priced at next to nothing to make up for all the replacement parts needed.

Bally em
$250
Frankfort, IL
https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/7155501454573223/
Op: Rare mid 60s single player Bally pinball in very good original condition. Features a rare factory Plexiglass backglass and early production playfield art. Game is all original and is quite fun to play.
1 of only 750 games originally produced, not many of these are still around, let alone in this condition. If you’re a Bally collector, this would make a nice addition to your collection.
Ballypin

Beware the details here. Likely not factory plexiglass but a repro. Pictured art is not the early production stuff. Still, if I were nearby I would undoubtedly pick this up as I really like the game.
