I have a Gottlieb Flying Carpet in South Jersey. Complete needs repairs. $500 firm. Cash & Carry.
Quoted from bluespin:I’m trying to see if anyone is driving to TPF that can bring this back to me.
Save yourself the trouble bluespin. I had a wild fyre for 6+months. Guy in town still has it. But it just wasnt very enjoyable.
I repaired it for him and gave him my stellar wars while he waited. Eventually I traded the guy back for my Stellar Wars.

I’ve played the game and I didn’t like the game play either. I wanted it to convert to a Star Gazer.
$100 Aladdins Castle that looks to be in great shape, missing the backglass however. If you score it and want to pick up a nice backglass at TPF to marry it with, PM me.

Yet another coffee table. This one has nothing but the playfield (Heavy Metal Meltdown). Kinda looks like they slapped it on an Ikea table and think they created something valuable. Says they are moving, so price is probably gets more flexible as the big day approaches.

It could have been pulled from a roached machine. Or after a swap? (unlikely)
I don't mind so much, but when they cut down a game that could be brought back to life to make a table...that hurts a bit more.
6 EMs. $800 apiece or $4800 for all 6. Includes Twin Win, Super Flite, Gold Rush.

I am having enough trouble with my Captain Fantastic, so its a no go for me.
Added over 2 years ago:They have lowered the price to $4000

Looks like there is a big chunk taken out of the playfield surface in the upper right corner.

This seller also has a dipsy doodle and grand prix listed - all look like projects and priced at 1500 each.
Just listed a couple projects, and some cabinets.
I've been offered more project and working games in the last two weeks than the last 6 months. Cash crunch, Inflation or just luck? Bally Dr Dude, Party Zone, several Gottlieb and Bally EM's Trying to buy them all. Already locked one, more to come.

Did I hear "project party zone"??
What does this thread value a Stardust in working condition? Heavy playfield wear and filthy as hell, backglass blown out. I’ve replaced several burnt coils, fixed and adjusted the switches, cleaned a couple sticky score reels, and now it is working and playing. Occasionally still running into an issue with the bell coil locking on after about 10 switch hits. Will try fixing that tomorrow.
This belongs to a friend of mine who’s leaving the hobby and had me fix up his machines (been a real nightmare)

Never heard of stardust. Seen there is one going to be at TPF. I'll have to check it out.
Quoted from tomdrum:May I ask how you ended up with 3 Bally games without heads?
Sadly a local collector here in town passed away from covid.
The family contacted my friend and myself to purchase his whole collection. About 20+ titles. Mostly EMs, and in various states of repair or working condition.
The bodies were part of the lot. Those are not the only 3 either. There are a couple more.
We only wanted to keep 2-4 of the games for oursleves. The rest we are going to sell off. (To help pay for my Rush Premium )

Stardust is a middle of the road game... in that condition even in today's market (poor PF/backglass), maybe 200 tops. YMMV.

Pity not closer, always the way. I'd consider all 3.
Not pinball, but a couple interesting bubble hockey and soccer games. The Bally World Cup looks quite interesting.
Seller: I have a hockey dome in goid condition for $300. A kixx dome soccer game won't thru ball into field $500 and a rare championship soccer game in goid condition $500

We had the same all Bally headless games for sale. Sometimes you see the reverse. Way back a lot of pins had the glass framed, & parts used to keep others going. Before we had all the new parts the last 15 years.
Appreciated the feedback I got, due to the circumstance it cannot go that cheap, but open to offers.
Quoted from FatPanda:Bally World cup is gone. Would have been cool to bring home.
It found a good home in the NW Chicago burbs.
I have a headless Bally "Campus Queen". Would love to find a head with an English version backglass.

Very tempting project, if it weren't so far for me to go get it...
I live in Mankato, Minnesota. I’m looking for a project pinball machine 1990 or newer. I can drive about four hours tops to get to a destination. I will only pickup and pay with cash. I don’t trust wireing somebody money and then hoping that they will actually ship it.
Im looking for project games in california, mainly looking for a gottlieb system 80b 80a or 80, let me know.
idk....it's not quite a WTB thread, more like a "I found a game that I think other pinsiders might want" thread, so hoping this doesn't become a WTB thread because that would clog up the intent, with dozens of people posting that they WTB.
In that spirit, please feel free to browse and continue to check in on the thread (I do whenever I see new posts), but try to refrain from posting WTBs. If I'm totally off-base, just let me know and I can edit this post.

Agreed, if any wanted would be made, I would say it should be pretty specific. Like, I need a head for a 70's bally EM or similar.

Ok I understand, sorry.
Quoted from pinballboy:Ok I understand, sorry.
It's all good. No harm, no foul. With that said, if you find something that's a project that you're not into, or is too far away or whatever, post it up here.
If you look back a few posts, you'll see the general format in which everyone posts. Important parts are:
Name of game
Location
Price
Link to original ad
Copy/Pasted description
Generally project status of any degree. The cheaper the better
Or really interesting unique items that you don't see often. Like my last post on a 60's soccer game (wish I could've gotten that one!) The way I see it, the more people from around the country we can get involved, the better the chances are of someone looking for projects being able to find one. Oftentimes, its coastal people posting Midwest stuff and vice versa. Kinda weird how that works
Quoted from FatPanda:Name of game
LOCATION
Price
Link to original ad
Thanks @fatpanda, I would just like to strongly second including the location! It’s one or two words, let’s not give fb hundreds of free clicks with these name, price, link postings, please, the location too, please!
Quoted from Isochronic_Frost:Try using the template in the future! It really really helps those who browse the thread, also CL stuff disappears to I try to post a screenshot for posterity.
