There was some guy who tracked down a dozen home model pins and had them in a separate, "entry room" to his arcade...It must have been on pinside that I read about this. Some guys have even repaired boards on these home models. On some level, I think you gotta respect the vision even if you'd never have one in your house.

OP: Selling my Volley project. I would say it’s an average condition, playfield isn’t perfect but not too bad either, cabinet is decent with some normal missing paint. Backglass is in good shape. Person I bought it from said it was working fine and then they replaced the rubber kit and could never get it to play after that. Been sitting for around five years so it needs to be gone through. nothing missing that I’m aware of. It does have the back box door. Cabinet seems good.

I’m too lazy to fill all that out. I search “find in subject” for the game title, and find one of the classic pecos style posts. Copy the post, and then edit; price, location and contact/link. Also add the Pinsiders name using the @(Pinsiders name) if it’s a pinsider, since he’ll be tagged.

This technique has worked a few times for me.

Project Jack in The Box. Selling as-is. Players game. Good playfield with a little wear. Backglass has been touched up. Legs, coin door, coin entrance housing good. Cabinet yellowed from smoking and has been poorly touched up in a few spots. Power cord needs replaced. Drop targets need to be replaced (Pinball Resource sells) or I can give you some spares I took off games I shopped (1 is broken and 3 are wrong). Back door missing.
