Shout out to bluespin for helping me find a Target Alpha. Gonna see how it plays as opposed to El Dorado, but really happy to have this layout in the stable.

Same basic playfield layout, but that's where the resemblance to the wedgehead ends. Drop targets reset for each ball, and they are used for accumulating bonus.

What does El Dorado do? I've only ever played Target Alpha and Gold Strike...

Glad to help with the Target Alpha. Sorry that Gold Strike lead didn’t work out.

That actually looks promising--both the score displays and monitor appear to be working. That's not usually the case with caveman.
Quoted from zacaj:What does El Dorado do? I've only ever played Target Alpha and Gold Strike...
"El Dorado" is like "Gold Strike" in that the targets do not reset with each ball played. When they are all made, they reset, and the "Special" lights for the remainder of the game. Unlike "Gold Strike", only one target is spotted in the upper bank of ten targets. So there's only one target spotted that can be made for a replay. The lower five target bank continues to award 500 points, or 5000 for the spotted target. No replay can be made for hitting a spotted target on the lower bank even when the "Special" is lit.

Who is the lucky guy? I saw this 30 minutes after it was posted but couldn’t pull the trigger with the impending storm and oh yeah I’m trying to be responsible and stop buying unless I have the room

And I was about to pm you and ask you to pick it up for me. Lol.
Quoted from stashyboy:It's gone. How much was it?
$400 and I didn’t see any playfield wear above the flippers.

Only in exchange for your Trade Winds . I would have if it wasn’t for the snow.
Quoted from bluespin:Every em collector is interested in a 2001, for the right price.
2001 is a really fun game.
It has that “let me play just one more game” factor. I love mine. It might be my favorite 2 inch flipper game.

Fashion Show, 1962 Gottlieb: $400
This two player machine powers on, lights up and plays, but still has a few issues to be resolved to make it play correctly. Backglass appears to be brand new. Playfield has some wear around the pop bumpers but still is fairly nice and could use a good cleaning. Cabinet is faded and has some scratches but has original paint. Comes with a schematic and a key. Knocker and 10-100 point bell are missing. Got this with another machine I bought and I have too many projects and not enough space. Can provide pics on request.

I couldn't agree more. When I moved, I had to pare down my 40 game collection to four, including a dozen or so wedgeheads. 2001 was the only wedgehead I kept, and I had a some good titles. In fact, it was a project in pieces, and I finished it when covid hit.
Quoted from GraniteStatePin:Lucky hand link back active, 750...hahah classic move these days
Either the seller received a lot of responses, so he raised the price, or someone local bought it and is using the original sellers pictures and is flipping it.

Likely the same seller, or the original link wouldn't work.

Beat Time, 1967 Williams: $650
100% original Beat Time, solid and ready to be fully shopped and/or restored. Backglass has clear tape on lower edge by po, some flaking. Cabinet is solid with expected scratches. All 'art plastic' fully intact, some cracked generic plastics, roto-targets chipped, minor playfield wear. Machine resets score reels but fails to finish start-up (no ball to shooter lane) and score motor spins continuously. Game is ready for local pickup or your carrier. Email for complete pics. Scammers always welcome--I enjoy wasting your time.

Ask if he’ll deliver to your garage. Can’t hurt to ask.

No. No. The proper response is the Colson3 response: "I wish I was closer"
Gotta try and clear some garage space - 3 game package for $1200 - Aladdin's Castle, Chicago Coin Top Ten, Hi-Lo-Ace. First two tested and show the usual needs (score reel cleaning, ball count adjustments) - Hi-Lo-Ace untested.

Yeesh, for NOS, looks like the lacquer has yellowed the whites pretty bad. Almost looks like it has brighter white at some post locations, and some funky bright spots near the flippers.

I was offered a group EM arcade games today, 2 pins, a Gottlieb Baseball and Williams Upper Deck which I want. Also includes a 1963 CC gun game "Riot Gun". 1963 United Royal Hawaiian bowler, 1955 United Derby Roll and a 1957 CC Bowling League.
These aren't barn find games, been in storage awhile and are really clean. Seller and I went back and forth via text and he admitted he knows nothing about them and they came as forfeit for lack of storage payment. He rented the space and wants them gone. Asked for prices on the pins and it was high considering he used the internet but doesn't have a clue if they work. He wanted my offer but I wanted more pics. I didn't burst his bubble till he sends more pics this weekend.
Games are located in eastern Ohio, close to the PA border off I-80. I will get more pics Sunday. PM if you have interest in any of these, I'd rather not explode this project thread with multiple back and forth questions. PM me. I will provide the sellers number so you can contact direct, as long as you respect my 1st dibs on the Upper Deck. You will need to pick up in a timely fashion.
