Throwing this here in case anyone from the group wants it before I put it out to the general, non project minded population.

$750 Gottlieb slick chick project in Brattleboro VT, complete and working, but partially disassembled. Includes your choice between two flaking back glasses.

I always get my games fully working before taking them apart. cleaned and serviced score motor, rebuilt flippers and adjusted everything so the game played 100%. Fast and fun.

Cab has a rookie paint job / touch ups. pop skirts will need to be replaced. Coin door & plate are painted. One of the lockdown bar end caps is pitted. One pop cap has a chipped corner. Plastics slightly faded.

I’d hate to put it all back together just to sell it, knowing it’s just going to get taken back apart. Would make a perfect winter COVID project.

Another slick chick fell into my lap( lucky me!) after I’d started this one, so passing it along at a loss.

Shoot me a PM if interested. Will donate to pinside if it sells from here.

Here she is before disassembly, and in her current state.

Cheers.

Big Game in Sterling, Virginia! $1500

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/416799539401545/?referral_code=undefined

Looks pretty decent, apparently works. With all this talk of repro BG playfields, someone might want to jump on this one.

Nice bright reds on the backglass. Bingo cards in really nice (not perfect) shape.

Clean up that play field and lay down a Beehive protector and that will be a nice Big Game.

bit of a diamond in the rough there Looks like it's got fresh rubbers, LED's, new plastics, new pop bumper cap, and seems to be maintained..... other than needing a playfield or hardtop possibly. Could be a good score for somebody. Hard to tell but even the playfield may be decent. Boots up too!

I was 1st to respond and spoke with Rosa and we agreed to the 1500 for tomorrow. By the time it took for me to go get the cash and gas up someone stepped on the deal and offered more money. thanks guy!

That's the way of the world now. Take what you can, and don't have any regrets.

It's going downstairs in the collection next to Quicksilver.

That sounds like the status quo here in Northern Virginia.

That doesn't.

Hope it sticks and you get to load it tomorrow.

I picked up a Gottlieb 4 player "Hot Shot" today. Project that started a game but was missing the ball kick out assembly. Seller bought one from Skip no less. Cheap game as is. $400. Will be in the marketplace this weekend with pics.

The listing is in a Facebook EM only group. The splash screen for the group is a picture of a solid state game.

Great deal!

Me: (the one who sold it to him days before) - was in a wet basement when I bought it years ago. Seems like he has already parted it out.

Me: was left out in the rain.

Is anyone near Chicago that needs a Nintendo arcade cabinet? This guy has one for 50 bucks or he is trashing it.
It is a VERY desirable cab.

#19325 3 years ago

I've never understood that, give me $50 or I trash it.

You'd (not Dadittude) rather trash it than give it away to someone that could use it? Only in America as they say.

No! Not me! I would LOVE to have that! I've been looking for a Nintendo cab, but I'm several states away.

That neglected probably a parts machine. Early ss Bally and Stern cabinets in good condition are hard to find. If I was local I’d be interested in it.

Id be interested in the cab, but ky is a drive.

The back glass looks like trash, but displays may be good, not sure about circuit boards. Likely a good parts machine.

#19343 3 years ago

10, 300 were made. Not rare. Too cheap to put money into. Parts. I'd like the cab myself. Too far for me, too.

#19344 3 years ago

I’m going to have it vacuumed off , take a full set of photos , post on here and sell for whoever gives the most. I’ll post the street address at that time as well. I realize it’ll only likely of interest for someone close by

Actually I have three others in similar post shape, best maybe I do them all at once as it might be that someone wants two or three of them

One of the others is bad girls and one is 1978 Phoenix and the last is paragon, that one took twenty minutes to figure out.
