Think I'm getting this one tomorrow.

Sorry, it was more of a note for people just skimming the thread. Not that you entered anything incorrectly.

That’s what this forum is all about.

No worries! Just unusual that it shows game info differently before and after posting the link...
Quoted from bluespin:That’s what this forum is all about.
What's bizarre is that it was like 3 minutes away from me. I search for arcade games and pinball games on Facebook, have alerts set up, but I don't see it at all. Then I see the word Belpre as I am scrolling by on Pinside and it's like what the hell?
Anyway...

Love seeing pinheads helping pinheads out with deals. Great grab. I would love to play one of these sometime. Art package is kind of dorky but the gameplay looks cool!
What's even weirder about this particular game is that I saw it along with a pitch and bat at a local flea/antiques shop. It was on the ground with the head down and the owners couldn't tell me anything about it, and they had it priced at 400. I passed because there were just too many unknowns. Here we are a couple weeks later and I see that ad where the guy bought it and is hacking on it, so I figured now was the time to get it because he would probably destroy it. No judgement, just truth, we've all been there. I mean he was keeping it exposed on his front porch to work on it.
So now *I* get to destroy it.

Some of these Neanderthal’s that “get into the hobby” are mind-blowing.
I mean it’s not like a ridiculous statement to say “everyone knows you don’t leave wooden furniture outside”
Nobody leaves couches or dressers or tables outside. But for some reason they see arcade and pinball and think “sure out in the rain is fine”
In Arkansas, it seemed like you could always find porch pianos if you looked. They were always for sale, too
Of course, the porches were covered, so you only had to worry about the 90% humidity in the summer.

It's a dry heat!
Seriously though, people are dense...
Quoted from Isochronic_Frost:“everyone knows you don’t leave wooden furniture outside”
I have seen the occasional piece of wooden furniture living outside on the porches of the USA for years. In Arkansas ,you will see old commodes used for flower pots---in the front yard.
Quoted from cottonm4:In Arkansas ,you will see old commodes used for flower pots---in the front yard.
Sure, if it's a nice toilet. If it's broken it usually is only suitable for the back yard.

I had a bunch of adirondack chairs that we built sitting on my porch for years. Lots of people just brought old dining room chairs outside when they got a new set.
And my wife's grandmother had a toilet with flowers in the front yard. She was kinda cantankerous, so I used to joke that it was the guest bathroom.
All of that in small town Kansas.
In Louisiana, all of the Cajun families I knew kept an old wooden dining table outside. On special occasions, it was dusted off, covered with newspaper and freshly boiled crabs or crawfish were dumped out on it. Gluttony would ensue.

Adirondack Chairs are made to be outside! That’s the whole point, keep ‘em out in the Adirondacks :b

Looks like a nice play field if someone has a crappy play field and wants to restore their Aztec.
10,150 were produced.
39 Pinsiders want an Aztec
2 have been put up for sale on Pinside but no takers.
not exactly a high demand pin. And 5-6 years ago, this pin would probably only bring a couple of hundred dollars.
I don't see it as a great loss.

I’ve seen it pop up for sale a bunch of times on Craigslist and Facebook marketplace as well. In fact there is one for sale here if anyone wants one or should I say 1.5 if you combine them

I don't know what it is about CoinOpWarehouse that brings in all the crazy buyers.
Quoted from alexmogil:I don't know what it is about them that brings in all the crazy buyers.
More amazing yet is what Lloyd (coinopwarehouse) gets for machines and how quickly he sells them. Don't get me wrong Lloyd is a good guy and a smart businessman but it just blows my mind he can list a pinball machine for 25% more than most of us would be willing to pay and it is gone in seconds?
A buddy of mine gave up selling machines and just sells them to Lloyd because Lloyd is paying more for them than he can sell them for on his own? Over the years Lloyd has mastered the art of selling coinop stuff!

I've bought a few machines from Lloyd (and his son Ben) when I saw pricing inline with value / what I was willing to spend. That said this Funhouse sale blew my mind.
Quoted from shimoda:been wanting one for a while, birth year pin. great game too
Young-un! Also 50th year of Gottlieb...lots of cool games that year. Fire Queen, Big Hit, C-37, Golden Arrow, Super Spin, Team One....and of course, LH/Jacks Open. They were at their best, games were designed before Columbia took over....
Quoted from too-many-pins:Over the years Lloyd has mastered the art of selling coinop stuff!
always love when he post some stuff as "untested" vs broken. you know he checks everything out. this is just a loophole

I bought a heavy project from Lloyd, but I knew what I was getting into and the price was right. I bought a fully working Skill Roll from Ben at a very good price. But I will say that Lloyd stuff mostly sells quickly and what he doesn't sell that way gets auctioned by his daughter. The family is good at what they do

Seller: Great machine, fun to play and lots of depth to the gameplay; lots of minigames on the DMD. Playfield is in great shape. Cabinet is rough, but paint and new decals would make it look like new. Service manual included. Power supply pcb was rebuilt using new parts. DMD works perfect. Currently has pinsound card installed, but will swap out for original before selling. Will include pinsound for additional $. Serious buyers only please.

When they post something on their Facebook pages (two separate businesses) it’ll usually sell within half an hour. They get High prices on some things because they have a lot of European customers willing to pay a premium. I paid a premium for a project 2-3 years ago, but you get caught up in the moment like an auction. I used to refresh their pages multiple times a day looking for a deal, but sadly bargains are very rare these days.
