...Have had the machine for about 5 years. Pin turns on and lights-up. I don't have the time to spend cleaning it and trouble-shooting. Relay contacts need to be cleaned, and solenoids checked, which I strongly believe is the root of the problem why it won't play. Score Motor & Reel work. Could be an easy fix....
Recently stopped working. Here is a video of the pin in play.
Playfield is rough and backglass is fair. Still would make a great 'player' when operable.
Cabinet & Wedge Head were completely redone by previous owner, and still look great. Original design & style. Legs are all intact, attached, and sturdy. All Metal Trim is in great shape & looks good. Coin Mech works, but is set to free play. New Rubbers installed."

The cabinet rear board needs to be replaced and the underlying wood for the bottom should be replace also from a rodent got to this and chewed it up but there is no damage to the wiring and the rest. The head got wet and the back board of the head 1 layer is peeling off I would peel it off and replace the last layer. As you can see the rest of the cabinet and head is in really nice shape even the artwork. I have a decent back glass for it also its bubbling but can be saved with some triple thick. The only things missing is the power supply the legs and playfield glass."

$6.95 shipping. I might just go for that.

They got wind you thought it was super cheap and raised it to $7.05.
I'm on the trail of an EM near me, and the person selling it isn't a pinhead, so the condition is unknown. (I've seen some pictures, so I know it won't be a mice colony lol, but no closeup pics or interior mechanic shots)
We've made arrangements for me to go look at it tomorrow. I already know it's in a miserable location (3rd floor apartment), so I have an appliance dolly and a husband. What other tools, etc, should I bring? I'm guessing with project pins, there can be some really unexpected "fixes" that you run into!

Since it's easiest to transport a game broken down into 3 pieces - head, cabinet base, and legs - the biggest things you will need are some kind of wrench or ratchet/socket to fit the leg and head bolts - legs are usually 5/8" and head bolts 9/16". I mainly collect Gottliebs so it's best to have a selection of wrenches/ratchets/sockets, etc. that vary in size for anything you may run across. Other manufacturers may be different.
The other thing you want to take is a cordless drill with an extra battery (or electric drill) and some new (or sharp) drill bits between 1/8" - 3/8" (I use 1/4" mostly). A lot of times the keys get lost to the back door lock or the coin door lock and you have to drill them out. Just drill all the way through the lock with a standard size drill bit. After you're through, you might have to use a slotted screwdriver in the lock to turn it to free it but most of the time they fall out.
You have to remove the 4 head bolts (Gottlieb games) and unplug any male jones pin connectors at the end of the wire hanesses.
Always take the ball out of a game so you don't damage playfield plastics during moves.
Lastly, extreme temperature changes to these em backglasses aren't good. Always use a heavy blanket to cover head if temperatures in the house versus outside temps are different - exp., 65 deg inside, 20 degrees outside. I don't worry too much if it's above 40 deg.
Here's a "Twin Cities Double..." 2 Gulfstreams (one backglass) for $180...down from $200 yesterday, so must still be available.
Quoted from setzkor:Here's a "Twin Cities Double..." 2 Gulfstreams (one backglass) for $180...down from $200 yesterday, so must still be available.

At that price, one or both could justify the cost of a BGResto glass. Fun game!!!

5/8" and 9/16" have been able to handle every machine I've come across, but it can't hurt to bring the full set, you never know.
Since it's a third floor apartment, you might want to just take the playfield out of the cabinet after you get the head off, much easier to move both afterwards. (reassemble before putting in car)
I bought a multi wrench at harbor freight. Has 8 different sizes with 5/8 and 9/16 on opposite ends. Nice and hefty for sketchy situations too
Quoted from DaWezl:I already know it's in a miserable location (3rd floor apartment)
If you haven't moved one of these before, they're heavier than they look. I'm not a big guy and personally I don't like to strain myself so I just take the time to disassemble them as much as possible to carry in smaller pieces (when my wife helps me carry them down to the basement).
After removing the head (I remove backglass too and carry separately) I actually remove and carry separately the top glass, playfield, and bottom board. Then the carcass is light enough you can probably just carry it down with two people and no dolly. Plus you're not giving it a jolt on every step with the dolly.
