OP:I have for sale a Gottlieb System 1 Incredible Hulk pinball Machine.
So its current condition is . . . it needs work.
It was working fine and one day it stopped working (Thats the short explanation)
I had been able to in the past wiggle the connectors on the main board and it would continue to work fine. I think it needs minor work on the connectors and it should be back and fully operational. That or you could replace the boards with a NiWumpf and be in ever better than new condition. There are no issues with any of the electronics on the playfield and the machine is in good condition considering its age (1979 i believe).
You will need to pickup, and its not light.
Please send a phone number and i will get back to you on a first come first serve basis.
Glad to see CL posters let there ads linger after selling games......I know it is a problem that will never go away

Okay guys and gals, here is the deal on these 'too good to be true' pinball machines for $140. I sent an email on a similar pinball and this is what I got back:
"I'm sorry to say i sold this to another guy. But i wont hide where i got it from. I picked up 2 brand new ones for under $70 from *****.com It's very easy to win. The trick is to bid only when the counter hits 4 seconds."
It was so nice of him to let me in on his little secret!
Oh, the sacrifices I make for my Project Pin Pinballers!
Oh yeah, the first 'pinball for $140' was a Williams Cyclone and the ad is still listed. Amazing! Perhaps the first buyer didn't come through! The contact information was located in the make / manufacturer: section. I don't know if this is Phoenix only, but this is the second ad I've seen. Moral of the story, don't waste your time on these!
I responded to one for a Williams Grand Prix EM ad in San Antonio, TX and I received the same response. I flagged and it was re-posted the next day. Currently not posted again.

OP: 1948 Bally Melody Roll pinball machine, it worked since I've had it but it has been in storage for the last 5 years, it is currently in an unknown operating condition; there are wiring schematics the will go with the machine. I just moved to TX and while I like the machine as a decoration, it is too large for this house.
It is my understanding that this model machine is the first flipper machine for Bally, and is an unusual anti- gambling edition.

Made a mention on the top of the Big Ben post. The Melody Roll does look interesting. The cab looks to be factory, surprisingly, but it would have had stenciled art from factory...unlike this example.

Look closely at the main picture - there is a person standing behind the machine... you can only see their shoe but I'm pretty sure they are holding the backbox in place. Look on the right side where the backbox meets the cabinet - the wood is not attached properly. Writeup mentions not having key for backbox.
Looks to me that the ripped off the backbox from the cabinet as you can see in the below picture the bolts are still in that backbox. Current bid now is $255.00

PAPA guys were having a lot of fun playing it in the below gameplay video...lots of giggling.
Quoted from girloveswaffles:Want! But it's "local pick up only" and I'm almost as far away as you can get from there in the lower 48.
Doesn't that always seem like the issue? Most of the machines I see that I want to jump on are several states away....and going west from where I live it takes 12 hours just to get out of Texas! I feel your pain.
I need good pinhead friends in all sates

Stripped down version of Darling? Which was made in September 1973. Those designers were crafty.
Quoted from RyanClaytor:Mmmm...I'm not sure I'd go that far. It's different (A LITTLE! ). ...but stripped down? From what I can tell, the only difference in the main playfield elements is that on Darling/Jubilee there's a sideways gate (located just above the captive ball loop between the two pops), which was removed on Sky/Spacelab. *shrugs* The other difference is that you have a traditional "Italian bottom" complete with inlanes (which seems to be a rarity on Williams titles from this era) on Sky/Spacelab, whereas on Darling/Jubilee you have those kick-out holes at the base of the flippers which do not allow for cradling.
The main difference I saw right away were the saucers by the flippers of the Darling, that were not included on Sapce Lab. No disrepect to the Skylab.
Thanks for the clarification. Knowledge is power

Guess I just start looking a little earlier than you in the morning, that's all. This Paragon is included in the below. Of the chatter since then, I know Fathom was the first to get snagged of the Ballys. Colson got the Mystic, which I look forward to seeing his progress to get it back up to a playable machine. IronMonkey got the Centaur and he has made quick work since getting it.

I haven't powered it up for years, and I am pretty sure it has a power supply problem. there is no backglass, and this is really best suited as a donor machine for a Sexy Girl, which a number of you have emailed me about. I figured this was a good way to get some pictures of the machine for you to see.
Playfield is rough, so is the cabinet. But it would make a great sexy girl!

Condition: OP: "I have REPLACED ALL RUBBERS. The playfield was recently fully operational but had a short and now it won't light up. The scoring was only partially working as the number counter for player one counts ones, but does not advance the 10's appropriately. The 10's and 100's counters work. It also has issues advancing to player two correctly. The flippers, targets, and bells all worked. It is attractive with very appealing artwork on the backglass. The cabinet has been repainted and decorated. It includes the back panel for the upper section, which has the original schematics taped inside plastic, coin drawer, extra ball, extra bulb and a few spare parts, photo copies of the schematics, and lots of original cardboard pieces indicating 3 balls or 5 balls and point values. The coin mechanism has been bypassed for free play. Sold as is as it appears to have shorted out and now will not light up."

OP: Pretty decent shape for it's age. I got it as part of a larger trade, it looks like it's been shopped in the last few years, everything comes on and works. Has an intermittent issue where it will reboot itself or boots up and reboots a few times then works. Not sure what that means, I'm guessing it's something dirty or dried out, because it has sat idle for some time. I'm not smart enough to hunt that issue down, but it seems pretty minor, selling cheap with that in mind.
It *does* come on, and when it settles in or left on, it works as expected and plays/scores/does pinball stuff like it should. Good machine with a little TLC.

OP: I have three vintage Pinball machines that I need to sell. Please look at the pictures of the pinball machines as they are in excellent shape. The Strikes and Spares pinball machine is in working condition and ready to play. The Doozie pinball machine also works and is ready to play. The Monte Carlo pinball machine powers up but is in need of the contacts being cleaned to work properly. I just do not have the time to clean them. The Air Hockey table is a Game Power Sports brand with a lighted score display in the center of the of the play field and works like it should.
I am open to reasonable offers but please don't insult me. The display glass on each of these pinball machines is worth as much as $300.00 each by themselves.
Quoted from Pecos:Put large breasted babes on a backglass, I count eight, and for some reason it becomes popular in a male dominated culture. I won't even begin to describe the symbolism, but need I say it falls along the same lines? That backglass is sexually suggestive dynamite and should be rated PG13! That MIGHT have something to do with its popularity or it could be that guys just like the artwork and bright colors!
I've been seeing this backglass since age 15 so it is iconic to me as early 70s art.
Maybe this Jumping Jack is more up their alley Pecos
