I messaged the guy with the 9 playfields, he lives in Oakley, CA (east..east bay area). No response.

Maybe someone else has been lucky and received communication from him?

Also, last year, he had several of the cabinets but used the wood to make beverage coasters out of them - posted for sale on facebook.

Williams Darling from 1973 here. BG looks good in pics but has a lot of cracking/separation, which the owner stopped with Triple Thick. OP says a solenoid is stuck but it just sounds like a noisy relay. Willing to negotiate price, wants it gone.

Yeah, I visited his place last year. He wanted a bit too much for parts, IMO. But he's a good guy. As far as I could tell, he wasn't cutting up anything that was really salvageable. It looks like he might just be clearing out some of the useable parts now.

Thanks for adding the backstory, much appreciated.

Quoted from FelixTCat:

These were from the final Silverman's Collection auction back in September of 2014. The guy also has them listed on Craig's List ( as a lot of 21 machines) but would not get back to me with a price on the lot. I think once he found out I knew about the Silverman's auction he realized he wasn't going to be able to "hook me" on machines he paid a few dollars each for a few years ago. I don't mind guys buying stuff to make a profit but if you list something for sale at least reply to emails when people ask for a bottom line price.

Anyway - if you are interested be sure to do your homework - prices realized can still be seen on Morphy's Auctions web site.

I have everything it came with and receipt for repairs. Only accepting local pick up. If your out of state please contact me.
Thank you

Manufacturer: Williams
Game/Type: Spanish Eyes EM 1 Player
Month/Year: March1972
Production: 3,905
Cost: $650
Location: Chicago
Contact/Link: chicago.craigslist.org link

Selling my 1972 Williams Spanish Eyes pinball machine for $650 or best offer. Super fun middle pop electro mechanical game with a really unique art package - and it works 100%. Game was fully shopped not long ago - playfield teardown, pop bumpers and flippers completely rebuilt, new rubbers, new posts, all metal polished. It's been modified to work with a 3-bell Gottlieb chime instead of the crappy, single bar chime unit it came with - this makes a huge difference in the fun factor.

- Backglass is a new BGResto reproduction (perfect, but not original)
- Playfield above average and CLEAN - looks and plays great
- Cabinet is average for its age
- 3-bar Gottieb chimes make it SING

$600 for non-working? I guess he'll be parting this one out. Apparently, he's never worked on an Atari pin before.

A lot of atari pins seem to meet that fate, unfortunately. For people who do actually repair them, there's no shortage of parts because of that, though. It's just sad to see it happen all the time.

Speaking of parking out games, I saw someone part out what looked like a decent xenon a few days ago on ebay. That seemed unnecessary.

Haha...I love this one. They do provide a dumpster in case you don't want to keep all your new "treasures". However who knows what you'll find in there...there's a bumper pool table that the resuscitation doll is resting on...I always thought that was a fun variation on pool, and hardly ever see them anymore.
