Two Bally Atlantis available; one complete working, and one project missing pieces

Manufacturer: Bally
Game/Type: Atlantis / SS
Month/Year: April, 1989
Production: 1,501
Cost: $550 OBO
Location: Harrisville (Providence), RI
Contact/Link: providence.craigslist.org link

OP: I have 2 Bally Atlantis Pinball machines for sale. The complete and functional machine has been in my collection for years and has been shopped. I have also replaced the displays with low voltage LED displays. The machine is in above average condition with very nice unfaded side art. Machine two is a parts machine that the boards were taken out of and the glass was previously broken. There are also other parts missing. I purchased replacement boards with the exception of the sound board and displays. Take them both for $2100 obo

Any questions don't hesitate to ask.

I will split up the pair if someone just wants one machine:

- Working machine $1700
- Parts Machine with spare boards $550

Quoted from bluespin:

Manufacturer: Gottlieb
Game/Type: Surf Champ / EM 4 player
Mo/Year: August 1976
Production: 1,070 from IPDB: "but serial numbers of 'Surf Champ' compiled by users indicate a quantity of over 4,000 units were actually made."

10,070 is what I see on IPDB. The below paragraph to further explain.

"For many years, the production run quantity had been reported for this Model 386 as 1,070 units. Reportedly, this number had come from Gottlieb records. We had contacted Wayne Neyens who said his old company records also indicated this 1,070 quantity. However, users have long commented that they have seen more examples of 'Surf Champ' back in the 1970s (and subsequently) than one would expect to have seen for a game with a production run quantity of 1,070 units. We then received company documentation first obtained at the 1996 public auction of Gottlieb assets held in Bensonville Illinois. It detailed sales numbers for games made during 1976-1978. For Surf Champ, it showed the sales numbers broken down by distributor and it showed a grand total of 10,070 units. This appears to be a rare instance of a typographical or recording error having occurred in other Gottlieb data."

I cut and pasted from a previous posting in this thread. That is where the quantity in my ad came from

Location: Austin, TX
Link/Contact: https://www.facebook.com/groups/234506863645321/
OP: Bought it and placed it in storage. No keys to the head.
In talking to the seller, he will lose the contents of his storage unit tomorrow (pin included) at 5PM CST tomorrow. He can't take the pin back to the apartment as he is staying with a friend. I was considering buying this and shipping it via Fastenal, but we're in a time crunch now. I looked at the wishlist for this pin, and noone in the Austin area has this pin on their wishlist.
Does anyone know someone in the Austin area that would be interested in buying this, AND can pick it up tonight or tomorrow? If so, have them call the seller Jonathan Morales at (361) 904-3665.

Same seller is now asking $750 OBO for the same pin. This time he unlocked the head and has taken a lot more pictures.

Condition: "I have a Williams World Cup Pinball machine that I was in the process of fixing. I replaced all of the rubber cleaned the playing field and began to trace a problem with the sound board...no sound. Well as life has it, I got side tracked and it has been in my heated/air conditioned basement for the last year and a half just waiting for me to begin working on it. But let's face it, I probably will not get back to it any time soon. Especially since I have 2 other machines that are working.
I only problem I have with this machine is that there is no sound. The functions (Pop Bumpers, Spining targets, etc.) all work, the 4 player scorers score fine, and it runs through the dialogist's fine...except for the sound dialogist.
I have the following manuals
Instruction Manual
Fully readable Schematic
Solid State Sound Manual
And 2 other supplemental Manuals (see pics)"

OP: We are selling a 1967 Jolly Roger Pinball Machine by Williams. The coin attachment needs some work which should cost about $100. The machine works without the coin attachment, so if you want to play it in your home or man cave, it should be just fine. If you want to use it in a place of business, you will probably want to have the coin attachment repaired. The machine has all new bumpers and bands.

Coil seems free, not burned or locked on. Has non-working MPU. Does not have driver board, so may be good candidate for Pascal 4 in 1 board. Does have sound board. Some playfield wear and planking. Good coin door. Inner backglass is rough. Have pics.

Now this is a really cheap deal. I wonder if the playfield parts for the home games like Fireball and Brown Dirt Cowboy are compatible with the arcade versions. A Facebook member said that he has a spare Olympics backglass if anyone needs one.

OP: Two pinball cabinets with parts and populated playfields. Captain Fantastic Dirt Brown Cowboy (HE) and Chicago Coin Olympics. No heads on either of these. I picked them up for a project I had in mind but I don't have the time. $100 takes them both. Could be decent coffee tables, wall art, etc. Pick up at garage level in St Charles, IL. OP: Very clean Volcano pinball, game starts up fine. 75% of the playfield works. flippers and pops do not. they did at one time but don't now. coils have been ohm'ed and they check out. All the scoring works. All the displays do work, just had a loose connection when I took the picture. The sound board works perfectly. I have a new Schwimmer MPU and Power Supply board. New driver board from Marco Specialties. Could be something small, But I am not sure. I could not for the life of me figure it out. does have the manual. all plastics are in good shape. playfield is in good shape. just the mechanics I could never get quite right. also the ground mod has been done too.
Basically if you can help me out, Great. I can compensate for your time and drive. otherwise I am willing to just sell it. system 80 got the best of me.

Manufacturer: Williams
Game/Type: Jive Time / EM 1 Player
Month/Year: April 1970
Production: 465+ Appx
Cost: $350
Location: Santa Fe, NM
Contact/Link: santafe.craigslist.org link

Condition: "Needs a little work, but overall in good shape.

Jive Time was a pinball machine released on April 23, 1970 and made by the Williams Manufacturing Company. This table is nearly exactly the same as a pinball machine called Rock 'n Roll which was released on the same day as Jive Time. The only differences are that Jive Time has a replay feature and Rock 'n Roll has an Add a Ball feature. The designer of the two tables is Norm Clark and the art of the two tables was made by Christian Marche. Jive Time was a playable table in the Wii, Playstation 3 PlayStation Portable, and the Xbox 360 versions of Pinball Hall of Fame: The Williams Collection. In that game, Jive Time is also the oldest of the tables. In Jive Time the main goal of the game is to get the ball into one of the Spin Holes. On the backglass there is a arrow that spins around a table of prizes each time a ball goes into the Spin Hole. Whatever prize the arrow stops on the player is rewarded with that prize. "Revisiting the Pinball Hall of Fame, this time on Wii // Siliconera Jive Time is the oldest table in the collection, dating back to the very early 70's. And it has to be, beyond a shadow of a doubt, the most unquestionably evil pinball table I've ever played."

Manufacturer: Gottlieb
Game/Type: Gaucho / EM 4 Player
Month/Year: January 1963
Production: 5,350

Manufacturer: Williams
Game/Type: Pot 'O' Gold / EM 2 Player
Features: Backbox animation
Month/Year: June 1965
Production: 1,800

Cost: $450 for both pins
Location: Emmett, MI (Detroit)
Link/Contact: detroit.craigslist.org link

OP: I'm listing these two pinball machines; both play and work, they do need a little work to be 100%. The gaucho resets the game after game ends sometimes, other times it needs help by manually tripping the coil. The pot o gold needs the one of the player two reels greased as it doesn't reset all the way to zero. That's it...other than that the playfields are excellent and I would rate backglass on both to be about 8.5-9 out of 10 being perfect, must purchase both and the price is firm at $450.00.
