Condition: "I am selling a Gottlieb Seven Seas pinball that is not working, I have really just got to the point that I cleaned the inside of the head and the body, noticed obvious solder issues and cleaned up the playfield.
I pressed the start button and got the motor to spin but it is not get into the startup sequence so I know there will be some work to get this going.
But the case is solid, the playfield was clear-coated very nicely even though there were some scratches before that got done that you can see. This is an old manual ball feed game that is very cool. But it is too hot to work in the garage and my son came home from college and the back room is filled with his stuff and I am tired of trying to wiggle into the side to work on this... so I will attempt to sell or stick it in my garage to store until school starts up again.
The rubber set is new and it is in nice shape other than the backglass that has flaked some as you can see in the pictures. The playfield glass is missing and that is about it. If you don't have an extra and don't want to go to a glass shop to get one... I will throw in one of mine for $50 more and go get one from the store myself.
But if you want to tinker on a classic pinball machine, here is your chance, if it does not sell, I will be working on this during football season ;>"

OP: Sorry for all the delay in getting these pictures out. This machine needs an MPU and left slingshot repaired. I know some people are fans of this game but I am not one of them. It looks good and has new playfield plastics. The back glass is crazing but still looks okay.
The phone is left at the shop and is checked daily for texts. The ringer is off and never answered.

"$800. The game is complete and works fine. There is one main problem besides a few lights being out. The second level playfield needs to be better connected to the ramp. There is a small gap and on rare occasions the ball gets stuck on that gap. A bump frees it usually but sometimes you have to remove the glass (simple task) to get it. It looks like it could be fixed pretty easily but I am inept at fixing things. I am not aware of any other problems."

It sold on an episode of Pawn Stars for $1,000.

I think the big problem is, with a playfield with that much wood showing, and how plentiful Monte Carlos can be, that more like a $150 game. I wish the widow all the luck making a speedy sale. I fear a lot of our wives will be in the same situation in the distant future.

That is very true, but I always see these listed for $500 for some strange reason. Here's hoping that someone can look past the player condition playfield and snap this up. $300 for a Bally four-player from this era is a ganga!

Solid cabinet all original. New rubbers, waxed with Mother's carnuba. Pics available, can deliver to York, PA end of September to the White Rose Game Show. EM trades considered.

So I bought this machine yesterday. The seller was very nice. He had a small farm like setting and the machine was in the back of a trailer, just like in the picture, covered in a tarp. He did have the legs for the machine. The mechanicals work on the machine, but the electronics don't. (The light bulbs light up, but none of the score displays do.) I noticed that the F1 fuse is missing, so maybe that is the problem. You will probably hear more about the machine in the Early EM Help Forum

Condition: "This machine plays as it was intended. It is all original. All rubbers are good but will need replaced in a year or two. All light bulbs have been replaced. There is some flaking in the back glass in the yellow. I put in yellow bulbs in these areas so it isn't very noticeable. The play field does exhibit wear but is in very presentable condition. It could use a waxing. Over all nice machine."
