I had something like this on a Star Trek, did some work that required me using my screwdriver with attachable heads and finished, started playing. Ball wouldn't go around the right ramp it kept coming back.
Eventually I figured out the small block of plastic all the spare heads are in had slid up there when I had them on the playfield and pulled it up!
