Funny you should ask. About 3 months ago I'm playing my Black Hole and I had one ball in play on the lower playfield and made a shot off the right flipper to the ball lock area in the upper left corner....we'll the ball never came back down and didn't lock in either. Hmmmm....? I got out my flashlight and looked all over in the cabinet and the lower playfield and still didn't find it and of course I was having the game of a life time when it happened. So about a week ago I finally opened it up and looked around for about a half hour, even pulled the lower playfield entirely out and still nothing. Thats when it hit me, that it had to be stuck in the upper playfield someplace and I turned around and looked real close and sure enough right next to the upper left flipper bracket on the main playfield...there it was. Hard to see in these pics but it was in there pretty snug to stay in that spot even with the playfield being lifted up and down several times.

Here it is. I had the playfield glass off as we'll as the trough cover, coin door was open and this is where the ball landed. Honestly !!

Here's pics of some of my latest ones. Yes even the coin door on CC. The glass was off and coin door was open while I was playing and the ball jumped up from the flipper area and landed directly in the open coin door.....I never would have believed it if I hadn't see it with my own eyes......LOL.

After having to go through my entire collection of games in preparation for this years party it seemed like I had a lot of stuck balls. Not sure if it was a coincidence or not but I was rather surprised at how often the ball got stuck from machine to machine.
