Facebook has a page called stucky balls not sure if everyone knows
Quoted from Phantom1911:Second time for me as well.
I think this Medieval Madness castle one is my favorite so far.
I think worst I've ever had is on our demo man. A panel fell off in the computer shot and rather than doing what it's supposed to, it rolled out of the computer, straight into the cabinet. We couldn't explain the strange "THUNK" till we found it
The absolute best, hands down ... years ago at the old Atlanta Galleria NAMCO store, Indiana Jones.
Typically IJ will launch balls off the center drop targets ... so much so, you never ever want to test play this game with the glass off if you don't have someone to catch balls before they nail you in the face ...
In this case, customer comes over "ball's stuck", so I go over, look for the ball ... look for the ball ... look for the ball ... 10 mins pass, we can't find the darned ball.
Finally customer gasps, and just starts laughing uncontrollably, pointing at the game.
And there's the ball ... perched perfectly between the wings of the biplane.
Had this happen a few times on our Solar Ride. Literally the ball just stops and sits there just below the kickout, and I have to nudge it loose. Turns out the metal surround was actually missing the lower screw; as in, appeared to have not been installed to begin with. I put a screw into it where it was intended to be, that should stop it.
The targets look fine to me, it's the foam that looks enormous. Pretty common stuck ball on F-14. The rivets start to loosen up over time and have just enough give to allow a ball through
The rivets are coming loose, there pretty hard to push back to where they should be, one of these days I will tighten them up.
Big Game. Air ball lodged between glass and shooter lane guide. Had to remove glass and held my breath as the ball rolled with the glass until contact with the apron released it. I'm either going to make a new guide 1/8" taller or plane 1/8" from this so it will not happen again.
Hit the center spinner on my last ball to start Jericho and ball hit it weird and flew back launching into the air and toward the left ramp and got lodged between the ironman plastic and the underside of the ramp right at the first dipsy-do...
Today on LotR at the arcade. One ball was in Gollum's cave, and I hit it with another. One of them went flying and landed right there, with a wire holding it in place. Couldn't get it unstuck no matter what. Thankfully I wasn't having a super great game so I didn't mind, it was probably worth seeing it get stuck like that!

Thought optos in NGG trough was out for past two months...said missing ball...finally got around to troubleshooting it today...turns out trough was functioning fine and ball actually missing. Ball was camouflaged and wedged in a spotlight...would have never saw it except was looking at how badly I need to give it a good cleaning lol.
