A mis-aimed right ramp shot on my T2 just barely made it up, so it slowy trickled down the habitrail ... combined with a poorly-adjusted glow-wire, the ball ended up stuck. Since it occurred during multiball, I put another one up that ramp to knock it loose; it worked, but then THAT ball got stuck. Tried again, same result. Eventually lost the other multiball balls so I could pause to take this picture, free the ball, and adjust the glow-wire.
Quoted from Hi-Fi:Here is an interesting one on Embryon. I hit the captive ball and the drop target popped up sending the playfield ball back into the captive ball area.
yeah... as Michael & Paul said "the girl is mine", your target now says : the ball is mine...
Quoted from Minneapolispin:Iron Maiden on location at Tilt in Minneapolis.
i suppose a ball search on this one has reupped the targets and free the ball !?
Quoted from yzfguy:Why is that spotlight aiming in your eyes?
I would say for the added challenge but truth be told it came that way and it never bothered me enough to change it.

Aim that sucker up at sparky, adds to the effect and yet ball won't get stuck...win/win
Quoted from AFM95:The ball bounced multiple times straight up off the post, finally settling right on top of it. I'll probably never see that happen again.
I think it’s safe to say........ your game is level
Quoted from Ericc123:Played Thunderbirds at ReplaFX and this was the result.

That game was down a few times throughout the weekend with 'missing ball' errors
Shame

Hard to count ball traps created by owners sticking crap on their games that does not belong there.

I somewhat agree with this statement, but what is in the tz that doesn't belong?

I don't play TZ often, or at all really. So I didn't know a mod created a stuck ball. What's the added mod....the robot?

Stuff like that, yes.
I just realized he quoted your pic and not the inlane shot.
My bad.

Theres lots in that pic. The robot specific is what is hanging you up

From the picture...what's added and not factory? Just curious now...

in just that pic of a small part of the playfield...
1. robot ball trap on every machine it was ever installed on.
2. spiral sign
3. spiral behind the spiral sign
4. lamp over mini PF (replacing stock one though)
5. gumballs in machine
6. side art
7. backwall art
8. space ship
9. skull next to spaceship, assuming its on the plastic and not from the backboard image, can't tell for sure
10.target stickers
11. cannon next to spaceship, same caveat as #9 though
12. pyramid on right
13. plasma disk on right
14. powder coated wireform (2)
15. possibly gumball machine lighting
not all of these affect gameplay, but this is maybe 1/6 of the playfield and there are at lease 13 non standard items, probably 16 that are listed. And I might have missed something.
I'd bet there is a rocket down low, a slot machine, a coin on edge, a lamp in the pops, a car in the pops, a light up camera on the front of the mini pf. with all teh crap added to this particular game I'm surprised that the owner does not have the clock mod on the clock millions target.
